According to the ‘Daily Mail’, the Bavarians are trying to sign Haaland in summer 2022, not thus summer. They are confident that Dortmund will be able to keep him in the squad until then despite the big money offers which have come in for him.
Bayern Munich’s plan is to make Haaland the ‘new Lewandowski’. For him to take over the baton from the Polish striker, whose contract expires in 2023, and to have a long career at the Allianz Arena as well as dominate Bundesliga.
