‘Corriere dello Sport’ says that Cristiano Ronaldo is not keen on returning to Italy in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic, so he apparently leaked to the media the fact Dybala had COVID-19 so that he could stay in Portugal.
‘Corriere dello Sport’ says that Cristiano Ronaldo has no intention of returning to Turin until a date for the league to resume has been set.
Apparently, the Juventus striker wants to come back to complete the Serie A season, but considers that health must come first so he will try and delay his return to Italy as much as possible. Italy is one of the countries most badly affected by the coronavirus pandemic.
And this is not the only thing the Italian paper has mentioned. They say the Portugal captain was the person who leaked news of Dybala testing positive for COVID-19 again to the press. This was so that he did not have to come back to Italy.
It was ‘El Chiringuito de Jugones’ who reported the news that Dybala had tested positive for coronavirus again. The Argentine has tested positive four times in a month and a half.
Despite the fact the press started reporting that Cristiano would return to Italy before 4th May, the latest news is that the former Real Madrid player will remain in Portugal until a firm resumption date for Serie A is set.
