Rio Ferdinand has said Manchester United star, Donny van de Beek, has every right to push for an exit from Old Trafford but has chosen to remain calm.
He noted that the player does not cause problems for the club.
The Dutchman has struggled for game time at Old Trafford but is still being professional about the situation.
Several players, including Cristiano Ronaldo were said to have consulted their agents as they look forward to securing their move out of the club
Anthony Martial is also looking for an exit from the club.
However, Ferdinand observed that the Dutch midfielder has remained calm despite lack of game time at Man United.
“You’re going to have unhappy players, it’s part of the job and management. You’re going to have to manage unhappy players because players are going to be in that squad who aren’t playing.
“Donny van de Beek, I understand someone like him being unhappy but from what I hear not a moaner, he gets on with it and isn’t going to tell his agent to speak in the media or spill the beans so that he looks like a certain type of character,” Rio Ferdinand said on his YouTube channel.
