The Love Island 2018 winner, 30, was stopped by police while driving his £30,000 Mercedes near his home in Swanley, Kent, in January.
He arrived at the court accompanied by his stepdad Fraser McManus on Monday afternoon.
Jack sported a printed black t-shirt with lightening bolts down the front, which he teamed with a pair of khaki trousers and some black traoners.
The reality TV star smiled for the cameras as he walked into court with his hands in his pockets.
His stepdad Fraser, who walked alongside him on the way into court, was sporting a blue t-shirt and a pair matching shorts, teamed with blue loafers.
The Mirror has contacted reps for Jack Fincham and is currently awaiting comment.
Jack’s last social media post before the court appearance was snaps of him enjoying a meal out with friends on Sunday night.
He had a huge grin on his face as he posed with his pals at posh London restaurant Bluebird Chelsea.
For that outing, Jack stayed cool in the heatwave in a yellow and black polo shirt, which he wore with black shorts and blue trainers.
He shared a photo of himself and two of his friends, captioning it: “Can always count on you two.”
He found fame on Love Island 2018, which he won.
He later appeared on another TV dating series, Celebs Go Dating, in 2019 but didn’t find love.
He has also starred in the ITV series Don’t Rock The Boat.
His other TV appearances include Celebability, Celebrity Juice and a celebrity special of The Crystal Maze.
